Re-Imagining Metcalf Avenue: The visioning plan was adopted into the city's comprehensive Master Plan at the May 19 City Council meeting. 
If you build it, they will come: Crews are moving forward with construction of the Overland Park Soccer Complex, 135th and Switzer. The complex is expected to open September 2009.
